Since joining Transport Analysis Professionals in 1998, she has been involved in Traffic Accident Reconstruction and testified as an expert witness in trial.

Mr. Bynum has over 30 years of professional engineering experience in responsible charge of plans, designs, operations and maintenance of public and private transportation systems, with particular emphasis in roadway design, mass transit, traffic operations, roadway lighting, traffic control devices, and accident reconstruction.
